Do you put any limitations on the use of the food photos?

Some photographers do, but I do not.  It’s called “usage”.  Photography is considered an art, like music, and falls under the copyright laws.  A photographer is allowed to “License” their photography for periods of time.  What this means to you is that as a buyer of food photography, you need to make sure that you and the photographer you are working with, have the same understanding when it comes to usage.
