I thought it might be a good idea to show you guys the finished shot and then show some behind the scenes photos. The “behind the scenes shots were done after the shot was in the bag, so you can see what all went into shooting food photography.
Because we wanted to have a soft focus background, we decided to go with a relatively long lens, which explains the great distance between the camera and the set. This lens selection also helped to limit the width of the set we’d need to build in the background.
