Yesterday, I did something I haven’t done before. I went on location to a restaurant, here in Pittsburgh, to shoot as many food photos as possible, without a food stylist, for the Restaurant’s menu. The restaurant is Emiliano’s Mexican Restaurant and it has three locations here in Pittsburgh and they’re looking to expand, hopefully out…
Had a great shoot yesterday with one of my favorite clients and we made some really great food photography together. We did six shots of Chicken.
Ice Cream Photography is not always that easy. Melting product is a challenge to shoot and using fake stuff takes a little a bit of work to make look real.

Yesterday was a hodge – podge of food photography, shooting a pile of shrimp, a BLT and a field of salad. All three shots were very challenging and kinda fun to do. I love the sound of laughing clients and yesterday was a hoot… :o)
