How much lead time do you need to schedule a food shoot?

My food photography shooting schedule changes all the time, so it’s difficult to answer this question.  My calendar might be booked up solid for a month or I might have a free day later this week.  You just never know.

I work with freelance food stylists, so your photography project requires their services,  I’ll need to coordinate my schedule with theirs.  Usually, you’ll be safe if you can wait a month to shoot, but we will do our best to accommodate your schedule.  While it’s not preferred, we can even work weekends to meet your deadline.
